Our Process: The DDPI

STEP 1: DISCOVERY PROCESS

Discovery is our very first step in our three steps process of designing and implementing a plan of action. During this discovery step, we take the necessary time to listen, and learn from everyone (leadership, staff...other stakeholders) in your organization, with a goal to figure out where gaps and opportunities exist. We are also happy to work with any data you already have, and design training around needs you already know exist. 

STEP 2: DEVELOP A PLAN OF ACTION

Once we have thoroughly gone through the discovery process of meeting various stakeholders within an organization, and have collected sufficient data, our team go through our data analysis phase to pull out emerging themes, and see what data is telling us. Once we have discovered where gaps and opportunities exist, using our expertise, we begin the process of creating a plan of action (tools and resources).

STEP 3: PARTNER AND IMPLEMENT PLAN

This is step three and final step of our DDPI process. During this final step, we present emerging themes from the data, gaps and opportunities, and where appropriate and available, we compare with data that our partner may have collected. We work in collaboration and partnership with you and all the stakeholders, to prioritize areas of focus, as we start and continue to implement your plan. We are here for you!
